Mission
The mission of the Network of Dental Hygienists for the Development of Science (RHODes) is the creation, transmission, and dissemination of knowledge, through the promotion of research, technological development, and innovation in the area of dental hygiene. This is for the well-being, promotion, and education of oral health of the individual and in regional, national, and international communities.
Vision
The Network of Dental Hygienists for the Development of Science functions as an institutional based structure, where knowledge results from the coordination between training and applied research, as well as from the interaction between the academic community with different national and international partners and collaborators. This network actively involves national and international partners from the academic, professional, economic, social, cultural, educational and business fields.
Values
The values of the Network of Dental Hygienists for the Development of Science (RHODes) are excellence, responsibility, inclusion, and cooperation. Ethical values and scientific development are the fundamental pillars to achieve the growth of Dental Hygiene as a science of knowledge.
